The Wood, Vinyl, and Ornamental Scratch Builder programs operate in two modes: pre-build and scratch built. For example, east of the Mississippi, wood fence panels are often fabricated in the shop and hung in the field; this is what we mean by "pre-built". West of the Mississippi, most fence contractors stick build wood fences in the field; this is the "scratch built" method. Wood Scratch Builder includes panels, posts, and gates for pre-built wood fences and exact itemized materials list for scratch built.

Pre-built import modules are designed for fence contractors using pre-fabricated materials like Alumi-Guard, Ameristar, Bufftech, Merchants Metals, and Master Halco. These import modules are available as quick-and-easy inventory and estimation plugins.

The Vinyl and Ornamental programs can also fabricate fences from raw stock. These programs produce fabrication drawings as part of the specification process. Once a specification is designed it can be saved and used again and again. Our estimate process is so precise that vinyl fabrication information can be uploaded to SSD or CMM computerized vinyl routers.
