Pre-Built Vinyl/PVC

We have been producing a pre-built vinyl Scratch Builder for many years. It is currently configured to estimate the leading vinyl fence products in the industry including Bufftech, Poly Vinyl Creations, Country Estate, and Legend. With the cooperation of these vinyl fence manufactures, their product lines can be plugged into your CFS system and be working for you in minutes.

When estimating high-end fences, like vinyl, customers often want a variety of estimates. Vinyl Scratch Builder especially combined with QwikDraw, can calculate alternate estimates in seconds.

The Scratch Builder Vinyl Fabricator program will allow you to design standard and custom fence styles, increase your estimating productivity ten-fold, eliminate mistakes, and provide you the tools to manage both the fabrication and installation parts of your business. This totally new approach to fence estimating and design actually produces a fabrication drawing as you spec a style. VFT can automatically configure Flat, Arched, Scalloped, Double Arched, Double Scalloped, Down Sloped Ends, Up Sloped Ends, Alternate Picket Height, Peak, Valley, and unlimited custom fence styles. The drawing can display with insertions as dotted lines or as a finished product. You can combine up to 5 different pickets into a pattern with an optional cap for each. Pickets can insert into or attach to rails. There is an infinite variety in picket spacing. The Vinyl Fabricator calculates picket lengths and spacing for all varied length picket styles. A limited number of profiles can produce an unlimited number of fence styles.

Vinyl Section Spacing Options

Vinyl Fence Toolbox supports five different post spacing options and calculates an exact material breakdown for each option. Post spacing options enable one to maximize materials and create the ideal fence layout for any job.

Remainder Spacing

Remainder calculates all full-length sections with the last section in the stretch fabricated to fit.

Proportional Spacing

“Proportional Spacing” is figured with all sections in each stretch being of equal length. With this option, rails will be cut exactly and the picket spacing can vary stretch by stretch. (Calculations are done as close to the original design as possible. This option works better with narrow picket patterns or large gaps between pickets.)

Feather Spacing

“Feather Spacing” on stretches of more than three sections, feather spacing calculates the two end sections the same width and the rest.

Round to Full Section

“Round to Full Section” calculates all full-length sections so there will be some material left over.

Field Fit Proportional Spacing

“Field Fit Proportional Spacing” calculates all of the sections in the stretch proportionally but keeps the picket spacing the same as the original design to preserve the ‘essence’ of the design. As a result, some rails will need to be trimmed. I would use this option for most fence styles.
